Order Processing

All orders placed with Blokka are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email will allow you to monitor the status of your order and track its delivery.

Domestic Shipping — United States

For orders shipped within the United States, the following shipping options are available:

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the United States, please allow 7–21 business days for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs or duties that may be assessed on their order. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. When reporting a lost or damaged shipment, please include your order number and photos of the damaged items (if applicable).
