Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be in its original condition with all tags attached
• Not be altered or modified in any way
• Not be worn or used

If your item meets these conditions, you may proceed with requesting a return.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@blokka.shop.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our support team via email at support@blokka.shop to arrange for a replacement. We will provide a replacement item or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
